All orders placed on Friday after 3:00 p.m. EST will begin processing on the following Monday.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from naturallyherbeauty.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Rates are determined by Canada Post, so they are subject to change.
Available shipping methods for domestic orders (within Canada) include:

- Canada Post Priority: (1 business day)
*Signature is not required upon delivery of all packages unless requested. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If Canada Post (USPS) attempts delivery and you are not available, please report to your local Canada Post/USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to us.

Please note that NATURALLY HER ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by NATURALLY HER and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to NATURALLY HER, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).
NATURALLY HER is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).
We take your satisfaction seriously. However, to ensure the integrity of our products, the safety of our customers, and ourselves during this unprecedented time, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges. ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL.
